David Mesnick, PT, cMDT Clinic Director David Mesnick graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology in 1997 and a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy in 1999. He is a certified McKenzie Therapist. He specializes in Manual Osteopathic techniques with a focus in spinal and pelvic girdle dysfunction. Vicki Sims, PT, CHT Clinic Director Vicki Sims is co-director of Gainesville Physical Therapy in Gainesville, Georgia. A graduate of Georgia State University, Vicki brings over 30 years of clinical experience in hospital and outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Vicki is active in research and has co-authored three clinical papers on the SI Joint and authored a Sacroiliac Book. Her most recent study, Symmetric Ligametous Laxity of the SIJ As Measured With Doppler Imaging, was presented at the 5th World Congress on Low Back Pain in Melbourne, Australia in 2004.
