- Detailed Musculoskeletal evaluation
- Self corrections and family assisted correction techniques
- Comprehensive stretching and core stabilization program

Surgical Treatment
- 2 hour evaluation by Vicki Sims, P.T.
- Evaluation by David Weiss, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon
- Evaluation and testing for piriformis syndrome by Ernest Howard, MD
- Further diagnostic testing if necessary
- Diagnostic SI injection
- MRI for lumbar pathology
